December 18th

Ava attended her first Christmas party held at Keren's sister's house.  The house was immaculate, Christmas decorations everywhere and a total of 4 trees!  It looked like Buddy the elf had decorated, it was awesome.  They even had a huge inflatable helicopter in the front yard with Santa as the pilot.  I was particularly impressed with this I have to say.

Ava got plenty of attention and did pretty good for most of the evening.  She had plenty of volunteers to help hold and feed her.  She did have one minor hiccup when she pooped on Melissa.  I can't remember who put on the last diaper but Keren insists I'm putting the diapers on incorrectly.  Those that attended were: Pa, Doris, Robert, Brenda, Melissa, Joe, Blake, Jacob, Brian, Ben and Ami.  We did the "white elephant" gift exchange this year and it was really fun.  I lucked out and got a very nice travelers bag with wheels.  One of the more popular gifts was a UK piggy bank, Ben was the lucky recipient of that.  Was a fun night, thank you to Melissa and Joe for hosting.  I'd also like to thank Keren's dad for taking these high quality pictures and letting me copy them.
