Grampy (my dad) came over to visit Ava today and spent around 5 hours with her. Keren was out Christmas shopping so Ava got to hang out with us for a while. I had some more Christmas lights to put on the roof so dad took over babysitting duties for about an hour. I came back in and he was laying on the floor playing with Ava on her jungle gym play mat that she loves dearly. Later we watched Elf and Ava fell asleep on Grampy. All in all a pretty good day.
Here are a few pics, last picture is an owl hat Keren bought for Ava today. She couldn't resist trying it on. Earlier in the day Ava and I practiced her song "Look Around". Here's the first practice run, needs a little polishing and someone else to sing then we'll be ready for American Idol.
