Visit from Keren's parents

Keren's parents stopped by today to see Ava.  She was really good and didn't get upset when they first came in which was a nice surprise.  Brenda fed her bananas and she ate it all, way to go Ava!  Later, Robert checked her mobility on the play mat and was happy with her roll over progress as well as her ability to sit up on her own.  It was a nice visit, looking to more in the future!

My sister stopped by today after her classes and hung out with Ava.  They played together on the deck and Ava actually fell asleep on her leg at one point.  Keren got off work a little early so the three of them went out to eat at a mexican restaurant that was close by then went to Lowes to shop for some flowers.  On the way home they stopped by my mom's house but Ava was getting grumpy so the visit was "short and sweet."  Busy day for little miss sunshine, it's good to have her visiting with other people on a regular basis, hopefully she will be over this "stranger danger" before too long.

The dogs were feeling neglected with all this picture taking of Ava so I snapped a couple of them too. 

Grampy stops by over lunch

My dad stopped by to see Ava today, she was very good for dad and didn't get upset at all when she first saw him.  We talked for a while then dad fed her bananas which she ate most of!  It seems like our parents and grandparents are having better luck getting Ava to eat than we are.  She was very playful and looked all around for Grampy when he would give her back to me.  Here are some pics from the day, thanks for stopping by dad!
