Lunch with Bob and Doris!

Bob and Doris invited us over for lunch today so I packed up Ava and headed on over.  Weather was beautiful and we had a great time!  Ava does so good with her great grandparents, she knows she's in good hands!

Grampy brings a gift from far away

My dad stopped by today and brought Ava a hand sewn hat that his sister Mavash had stitched in Iran.  It was a little big but looked very cute, Ava seemed to like it!  Here are the pics from today:

Playing with Maddie

Ava's friend Maddie stopped by for a little bit to see her.  Maddie loves to help Ava put her pacifier back in her mouth and today they both played on the playmat.  Maddie also loves Murphy and clings to him most of the time.  She even helped walk Murphy down the street.  She's a very cute and polite 2 year old!

Mommy's Valentines Day Surprise (video)

On Valentine's Day Ava and I decided to show up at Keren's work and surprise her with cupcakes.  I think it worked, here's a little video I made of our surprise trip!

I was hoping to have this finished by Valentines Day but alas was not meant to be.  It always amazes me how much time it takes to make these little videos.  Our little princess is growing up fast, hope you enjoy it.

Ava's first Valentines Day!

Ava had a busy day today.  Right after she woke up we decided to go and surprise mommy at work.  We stopped at Gigi's cupcakes and picked up a few for Keren since these are her favorites.  We then drove to Frankfort and snuck into her office and waited for mommy to get back from lunch to surprise her.  Ava was perfect the entire time waiting and never fussed once. (thankfully since you could have heard a pin drop in that office)  Mommy was surprised and I have it all on video.  (shocking huh?)

My mom and sister stopped by today.  Mom brought Ava a ton of clothes and her first Easter outfit.  Thanks mom!  

Ava is 4 months old today!

Ava turned 4 months old today so we decided to celebrate with a photo-op with the dogs.  (actually the dogs were sitting perfectly on the couch with a little space in between so I decided to stick Ava in between them. )  She's growing like a weed!
